RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE; FEES APPLY.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the proper parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.

  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  6. The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process.

Please make sure the email includes the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of breakage

  • Customer's first and last name

  • Customer's address

We will then get in touch with you and provide the return address.

Never send the return to the sender's address; we will send you the correct address once you request it.

You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible before the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Marina Roca of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods.

The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Shipments in transit

As our products ship from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control.

If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible.

Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them.

Of course, you can let us know about your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (other than the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receive the goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Returns

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
